Dec. 14
Shooting into Occupied Vehicle
Tully Rd at Alvin
The victim was stopped at the red light on eastbound Tully Rd at Alvin. The suspect vehicle pulled up next to the victim. The suspect produced a pistol and fired one shot into the side of the victim's vehicle. A bullet and casing were recovered. The suspects are unknown Hispanic males in an older dark Chrysler 300.

Coroner’s Case
3100 Block of Stimson Wy
An 80- year-old female adult was found unconscious and not breathing in her bedroom at an adult care home. SJFD pronounced the female deceased. She had a history of lung cancer. Lt Spicer and the Coroner's office were notified.
Dec. 16
Fatal Vehicle Collision
Tully Road / Glen Angus Way
Officers responded to Tully Road on a report of a solo motorcycle accident. Upon arrival, fire department personnel pronounced the victim as deceased. He was riding a red 2007 Yamaha motorcycle when he lost control and collided with a tree. Speeding was a contributing factor in the collision. There is no indication of drug or alcohol influence.
Lt. Kong and Day Detective Day were notified. The Traffic Investigation Unit was contacted and responded to the scene.

Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling
3311 San Felipe Road, The Foothill Lounge
Officer responded to a report of a physical fight at The Foothill Lounge. While en route, officers were updated that several shots had been fired in the parking lot area. Officers determined that a physical fight had occurred between 4-6 patrons at the bar and four of them were ejected from the bar. Presumably, the four returned in a black Ford Expedition and fired 3-4 rounds from a shotgun at the front of the bar. No one was hit and one parked car sustained damage from the shotgun blasts. The suspects were described as Hispanic male adults in their 20s. The suspects’ identities are unknown.
Dec. 20
Armed Robbery
2400 Block of Alvin Avenue
A 21-year old Hispanic adult suspect exited the Lion Liquor store with a case of beer that he did not purchase. The victim (clerk) pursued the suspect on foot and attempted to recover the beer. The suspect brandished a knife and the victim retreated. The victim was not injured. The suspect entered a vehicle occupied by a second suspect described as a Hispanic male adult and fled southbound. One suspect was taken into custody.
