Facility/Medical Campus Improvements
- 120,000-square-foot, 4-story medical office building
- 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors - Physician-owned office space
- 1st floor - Hospital owned areas:
- Cancer Care Institute

Parking
- Expand current campus parking to over 1,600 spaces
