Terrorist Threats, Assault/Battery
Evergreen Valley High School
A school liaison officer conducted follow-up at Evergreen Valley School after a student assaulted and threatened to harm the father of his girlfriend. The suspect was located at the school and was arrested.

Under the Influence of Narcotics/Use of Force
2000 block of Nieman Boulevard
A call to 9-11 reported a naked man knocking on their door. The officers contacted said the suspect was catatonic, using profanity and not complying with officer’s commands. He had symptoms of being under the influence of drugs. The taser was used with effective results. The suspect was taken to VMC and later booked into jail.
