The Spice Girls win second annual SCVRMG Chili Cookoff
 |
The winning chili recipe created by The Spice Girls—
Liz Collins, Kerry Sexton, Dorothy Chrisman, and Debbie Lane—will appear on the Silver Creek Valley Country Club for one year. |
The Silver Creek Valley Realtors Marketing Group recently held its second annual Chili Cookoff, with The Spice Girls’ all-meat chili taking first place.
The winning chili recipe, which included four flavorful meats and lots of savory spices, competed against nine other chili recipes, from a white chili to an all-bean chili. It even beat last year’s winner, the “Road Kill” chili, concocted by Rob Silva of Chicago Title.
The Spice Girls—Windermere real estate agents Kerry Sexton, Debbie Lane, Liz Collins and Dorothy Chrisman—will have the honor of seeing their chili served for one year at the Silver Creek Valley Country Club. Look for The Spice Girls Chili on the menu.
Those attending—anyone and everyone involved with real estate—also raised more than $1,500 to assist victims of Hurricane Katrina.
