Evergreen resident named senior executive for Catholic Charities

Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County recently named Margaret Williams as its Chief Administrative and Financial Officer. In this newly created position at the agency, Williams will oversee the Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facilities departments.

Williams previously served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Controller for Bay Area nonprofits including the Glide Foundation and Asian Americans for Community Involvement. In these positions she was also responsible for Administration. Earlier, she held positions as Controller and Senior Accountant for several local corporations.

Williams also has five years of investment management experience as the Group Controller for a large, multi-national investment firm with annual revenues of £3.5 million. She holds a degree in Accounting Finance from London Executive College.
