Evergreen Area Police report

Sept. 25
Under the Influence of Narcotics
Capitol / Silvercreek
Officers responded to a report of several intoxicated subjects possibly fighting. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspects were under the influence. One male adult suspect became combative. A taser was used to overcome his resistance and take him into custody. The suspect was medically cleared at a local hospital and booked into county jail. The male adult suspect was booked into county jail.

Assault with Deadly Weapon
San Felipe / Yerba Buena
The suspect used his vehicle to ram the victim’s vehicle. When they came to a stop, the suspect got out and broke the victim’s window with a metal bar. He then used a sharp object to scratch the victim’s vehicle. The victim took off at a high rate of speed. The suspect was located at his residence and taken into custody.
