Can you have fun at o-dark thirty by running, twisting and sweating? Well, Brett Riesenhuber says the women who attend his boot camp have lots of fun while getting into shape. He says, “They begin with fitness levels ranging from zero to ten and they all show improvement.”

Adventure Boot Camp participants have lots of fun while getting in shape.

With twenty years experience in fitness, Riesenhuber expanded his Prime Physique Fitness program by starting Adventure Boot Camp and recently began sessions at the Silver Creek Sportsplex in the Edenvale area. The new site offers his fitness program to the residents of Evergreen and south San Jose.

The 4-week program begins at 5:30 a.m. and lasts for one hour. Before the first workout, the women get measurements and nutritional counseling. After four weeks, the measuring tape shows the results.

San Jose Adventure Boot Camp states that expected results when you complete camp are:

1. 3-5 percent reduction in body fat,

2. greatly improved posture,

3. better relaxation,

4. 5-12 pounds of weight loss,

5. 1-3 inch decrease in the midsection,

6. 25 percent improvement in endurance,

7. 25 percent increase in strength,

8. and 100 percent gain in self-confidence.

The testimonials on the web site attest to the fun and the results women are achieving with the boot camp. Women can sign up for Adventure Boot Camp on the web site www.sanjosebootcamp.com and select 3- 4- or 5-day a week sessions. Costs range from $195 to $325. Riesenhuber says the results depend the number of sessions and the commitment to the program.
