The hillside communities of Bel Aire and Hillstone in Evergreen not only offer breathtaking views of the Bay Area, but on August 19, it also offered the stage on which the first annual Jazz on the Hill concert was assembled.
Under the sponsorship of Leola Edmond from Countrywide Home Loans, Mustafa Gurleroglu of Allstate, and Loretta Mosley with Intero Real Estate, residents of the Hillstone and Bel Aire neighborhoods were invited to the home of Kurt and Jennifer Ergene for a night of jazz music, family activities, and first-rate mingling. Opening the gates at 3 p.m., the carefully manicured patio, pool deck, and portico of the Ergene’s home were comfortably crowded well into the evening. The party welcomed guests until midnight.
Kurt Ergene envisions this community party growing into a significant fundraiser for local music programs and other non-profit causes.
