Evergreen Area Police report

Stolen vehicle, battery on an officer
Sturla/White
Officers saw a suspect in a parked stolen vehicle. The suspect fought with officers and fled on foot. Swing shift and midnight officers, as well as members of the K9 unit, responded and established a perimeter. The suspect was arrested when he tried to break the perimeter. One officer was treated at the scene for cuts to his right arm.
