Windermere Silicon Valley Properties employees, family and friends put in a full day's work to improve the quality of life at Silver Creek High School.

On Friday, June 17, Windermere Silicon Valley Properties held its annual Community Service Day at Silver Creek High School.

Windermere agents from the Canyon Creek Plaza location on Silver Creek Valley Road encouraged families and friends to donate their time and effort to spend the day cleaning, painting and sprucing up various parts of the Silver Creek High School campus. Several of the guys even relaid bricks in the campus' main quad area.

“It was absolutely a blast,” said broker Dave Walsh. “Being part of the campus itself gave all the agents a sense of community that we had never felt before. The things we were doing, some of it backbreaking work, will improve the day-to-day quality of life for students on the campus.”

Walsh says he can't wait to help again next year. “I hope the entire community gets more involved (at Silver Creek High School),” he added.
