Personal service business opens in Silver Creek

ERRANDS, a personal service business, has opened to cater to the pressures of the Silicon Valley lifestyle. By outsourcing errands and chores for the community, this new business hopes to help customers increase personal leisure time while reducing time consuming activities.

Founded by a busy physician assistant, a culinary academy graduate, a retired transportation company health manager, and a retired utility executive, ERRANDS knows first hand what it means to not have enough time to finish all of the day’s work. From walking the dog to getting the family car serviced, ERRANDS adds valuable time for customers for other activities. With a slogan of “We do the chores for you,” the new business intends to become the personal service provider of choice when people need more time.

Though hiring outside help may seem to increase financial expenses, it can also reduce and save money. Roy Wash, one of the founders, said, “With the rising costs of gasoline these days, it is often less expensive to have someone else do the driving. ERRANDS is a green company in the sense that it reduces total miles traveled because we can carpool common chores into one trip.”

ERRANDS services to the Evergreen, Silver Creek, the Villages, and various Silicon Valley areas. For more information, call 408-463-6408 or visit the website at www.silvercreekerrands.com.
