Blood drive, bone marrow, fingerprint and DNA registry

Mitchell Yamashiro, a Life Scout with Boy Scout Troop 264, is organizing a Blood Drive with the American Red Cross on Saturday, June 28 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Millbrook Community Center. 3200 Millbrook Drive, next to Millbrook Elementary School in East San Jose. This is an Eagle Scout Project for Yamashiro to achieve the highest rank in Boy Scouts.
Anyone 17 years old and above may log onto www.BeADonor.com; click on find a drive at the top of the page, and type in the source code: Millbrook. Reserve any open time between 8 a.m. and 1:45 p.m.
The San Jose Police Department will be conducting a Fingerprint/DNA Registry for anyone 17 years old and younger from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the National Bone Marrow Registry will be present to have anyone from 18 to 60 years old register with them from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
