Care Free Permanent Makeup
The owner of Care Free Permanent Makeup, Sue Villarreal, has been Evergreen's best-kept secret to a form of body art. A licensed Electrologist for over 30 years and permanent makeup artist working here in Evergreen for 20 years.
This business has kept its clients coming back for years as well as bringing new clients from word of mouth.
Permanent makeup is the introduction of the desired-tinted pigment directly into the epidermal layer of the skin. This process will naturally enhance a person's features without the daily use of cosmetics and will not wash away.
Over the years, Sue has developed methods to perfect techniques, implement effective topical anesthetics and offers long-lasting color choices and styles to tailor-fit.
After taking a few years off to be home for her two sons, the school that provided electrolysis classes offered the first permanent makeup course. She said it was a great opportunity to provide an add-on service in addressing brow and lash hair loss and light nondescript or understated features.

Do you have an average income?
Actually, $95,457 is the median income in Santa Clara County, not the average. But if that’s what your 2006 tax return was, half the taxpayers made more and half made less.
The statewide median income for all personal income tax returns rose to $35,390 (3.7 percent over 2005), while the median income listed on joint returns rose to $66, 810 (5.1 percent over 2005) according to statistics released today by the Franchise Tax Board (FTB).
Four Bay Area counties again top California’s 2006 median income report. Contra Costa, Marin, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties have consistently reported the highest median incomes.
“Fifty-seven out of 58 counties reported income growth in 2006, a year when consumer spending was up and unemployment remained low in California,” said State Controller John Chiang.
Marin County still has the highest median income for joint returns, reporting $116,626, an increase of 8.1 percent over 2005. Santa Clara County ranked second this year with $95,457, San Mateo County ranked third with $95,394, Contra Costa County ranked fourth with $87,478, and El Dorado County ranked fifth with $78,489. The numbers are adjusted gross income.
