Sexual assault at Alum Rock Park
On April 1 at 4:07 p.m., a sexual assault occurred at Alum Rock Park in San Jose. The victim was walking the trails when she was approached from behind by the suspect. The suspect then hit the victim in the head with a rock. The victim tried to fight off the suspect and was threatened with a sharp weapon.
The suspect was a Hispanic male, 20-25 yrs old, 5’5” to 5’8”, 150 pounds and spoke English with a Spanish accent.
