Feb. 24
Stolen vehicle crash
2900 Block of Almond Drive
An officer saw a vehicle that had been reported stolen about an hour before. The officer followed the car until other officers caught up to him. The vehicle fled at a high rate of speed when officers tried to initiate the stop. The officers did not pursue the car. A minute later the car was found to have crashed into a parked car in a driveway at White Rd./Almond Dr. One adult male occupant was captured at the scene. Another occupant fled into the neighborhood on foot and wasn’t located during a subsequent search.

Robbery/purse snatch
Aborn/King
A male suspect, possibly a transient, pulled the victim's purse from her shoulder by force, causing the victim pain to her shoulder. The suspect fled on foot with the purse and is unidentified and at large.
March 7
Home invasion robbery
3100 Block of Everdale Drive
The three suspects (described as two Hispanic males and one Asian male) entered the victim’s residence. One of the suspects held the victim at gunpoint, while the others took property from the house. The victim was not injured. The suspects fled and they are still outstanding.
