Auto Burglary
Flannigan at Melissa Court
Officers responded to an auto burglary in progress. Officers conducted follow up and located the four suspect juveniles at their apartment complex. A search of the juvenile’s residences revealed all of the stolen property. Four suspects were cited and released to their parents.

Assault
Yuri Restaurant
Aborn and White Roads
A female suspect entered the above location and sprayed an unknown substance at another patron before fleeing. The suspect had been in a previous altercation in the parking lot. Several customers had some minor symptoms thought to be caused by chemical mace. No one requested medical attention. The case is under investigation.

Pedestrian Vehicle Accident
Tully Road/Capitol Expressway
A citizen was backing out of a parking stall when he struck a marked police vehicle. Both vehicles sustained superficial damage.

Unattended Death
3300 block of Sueno Drive
Residents of this address checked on the victim, who had not been seen since midday Tuesday. The victim, a 35-year-old male was found nonresponsive. Emergency Medical Services responded and pronounced him dead at the scene. Evergreen District officers and night detectives responded. No signs of trauma or injury were observed. The coroner’s investigator was called to the scene and advised the family that an autopsy will be performed.

Suspicious Vehicle Fire
1500 block of Aborn Road
The reporting party stated that his wife woke him and told him his vehicle was on fire. The San Jose Fire Department responded, and after extinguishing the fully engulfed vehicle, they requested police respond. There is no indication of any motive in this event. San Jose Fire will notify arson investigators.

Strong Arm Robbery
Albertsons, Capitol/Tully
Three Hispanic male adults entered into the Albertsons store and proceeded to fill up two grocery carts with groceries, alcohol and meats. They walked out of the store without paying for the items. A 43-year-old male store clerk asked them if they had paid for the items. One of the suspects then punched and kicked him. The victim suffered a laceration to his forehead, loose teeth and dizziness. He was transported to Valley Medical Center via ambulance. A second victim was also transported for minor injuries. All suspects fled in a light blue Honda driven by a Hispanic female.

Ambush/Assault
2900 block Almond Drive
A 13-year-old victim went to Almond Drive to meet with a male suspect. When the victim left the residence, the male suspect told three hidden female suspects to attack her. The victim was punched, kicked and hit over the head with a large brick. The suspect took her phone and fled. The victim had a large cut to her head and finger, requiring stitches. Follow up investigation located the male suspect, one female suspect and identified one other. The suspect was booked into Juvenile Hall.

Narcotics sales
Remington Court
Officers received information that suspects were selling narcotics from a residence. A probation search was conducted and six suspects were located inside. All suspects were under the influence of either heroin or methamphetamine. Over 300 syringes and two ounces of methamphetamine were recovered. The suspects were booked for narcotics sales, warrants and parole holds.
