U11 Competitive Girls’ Soccer Team Tryouts
We are a U11 girls’ comp3 soccer team in the Mt. Hamilton league. We will have tryouts for our winter indoor season (Jan. 2009) spring ’09 competitive season and beyond. If your child is born after July 31, 1997 and looking for higher level competition in a very positive learning environment, come out and experience our team, coaches and parents.
We are a close knit team with kids who have fun and practice hard. We have continued a solid path of improvement from previous seasons. Our head coach leads one of the highest caliber high school soccer teams in California and has led our kids for the past four seasons. Our other coaches and trainer are also educators and former competitive athletes. The main coaching principle is to create confident, composed kids with good ball and game management skills. The overall philosophy is to continue having fun and not be overly stringent with the kids, as they are kids!
Dates: Saturdays, Dec. 6 and 13, 2 – 4 p.m.
Location: J.F. Smith Elementary School, 2220 Woodbury Drive
