Silver Creek Valley Country Club Women’s Club Holiday Market

It is time for one of the most anticipated events of the holiday season. Mark you calendar for the 5th Annual Holiday Market at the Silver Creek Valley Country Club.

The date is Sunday, Nov. 18, from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. This much-anticipated event is open to the public with free admission and free parking.

The Market will be in the clubhouse at 5450 Country Club Parkway, and will feature a unique selection of hand-made goods, holiday gifts, and live music for a fun Evergreen event.

Eastridge supports the American Red Cross with fundraising effort

Eastridge mall is teaming up with the American Red Cross to help raise money for the Disaster Relief Fund, which enables the organization to respond to thousands of disasters across the country each year, disasters like the California wildfires, Hurricane Katrina or California earthquakes.

Eastridge is displaying disaster relief donation signage throughout the mall. Customers can bring their monetary donations to Eastridge’s Customer Service located at Lower Level Center Court. Donations should be in the form of personal checks made out to “American Red Cross.” All funds received will be mailed directly to the Red Cross and used in their Disaster Relief Fund to provide immediate emergency assistance to the victims of disaster.

“Everyone is looking for ways to help people in California devastated by the recent fires. We hope that by providing this connection to the American Red Cross, we can make it easier for everyone to contribute,” said Alice Snyder, Eastridge Marketing Manager.

The fundraising campaign will run through Nov. 12, 2007.
